Terra Hart is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing psychiatric care across the lifespan. She specializes in the diagnosis and medication management of a wide range of mental health conditions.
Terra earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Virginia and completed advanced psychopharmacology training through the Neuroscience Education Institute. Prior to private
practice, she worked at UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital.
Terra approaches treatment as a collaborative effort, taking time to understand each patient’s goals and create holistically minded care plans. She believes research-based care should serve as the foundation of treatment and remains actively involved in professional medical organizations to stay current in the field.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
